Water has many reactions.

Element #2 (WATR):
WATR represents the water in real life.
It will boil into WTRV at temperatures above 99.85 C and freeze into ICE at temperatures below 0 C.
The ICE may immediately turn into SNOW under enough pressure.
Water conducts electricity, but does so slower than most other conductors.
Salt water conducts slightly faster, Distilled water not at all.

Element #13 (ICE):
Crushes under pressure. Cools down air.
Its .ctype determines what it will melt into.
Element #16 (SNOW):
Light particles. Created when ICE breaks under pressure.
Element #23 (WTRV) usage/reactions:

Element #25 (DSTW):
  See also: WATR.
Product of cooling water vapor or introducing water to neutrons.
  Does not conduct electricity.
PLNT will not grow from this.
Does not cause IRON to rust.
Element #26 (SALT):
  Name: Salt
Salt is a reasonably light powder that will stay on top of most other powders, excluding CLST, SAWD, and CNCT. Meltable.
Turns WATR and DSTW into SLTW, while slowly dissolving.
Turns IRON into BMTL then BRMT, unless GOLD is nearby to revert it back.
SALT also slowly dissolves in SLTW, both of which destroy PLNT.

Element #27 (SLTW):
  Name: Salt water
When it is heated enough, the SLTW evaporates and may leave behind SALT or WTRV.
  Saltwater destroys PLNT.
  Saltwater makes QRTZ grow slowly.
Element #82 (BUBW):
  Name: Carbonated Water
Releases CO2 when in contact with anything.
    (BUBW -> CO2 + WATR)

Element #90 (SPNG):
Absorbs water. Turns darker when water is absorbed.

Element #91 (RIME):
Turns into FOG when near SPRK.
Changes back to WATR at above 0 C.
Element #92 (FOG):
  Created by RIME + SPRK.
Changes back to RIME when .life = 0.

Element #95 (DEUT):
  Name: Deuterium oxide
  Can be compressed.
Shooting ELEC into DEUT will cool the DEUT gradually to 0 K.
Deuterium Oxide will react violently when excessively exposed to neutrons or protons.
Element #100 (FRZZ):
Light particles, cold, and instantly freezes water.
Element #101 (FRZW):
Extremely cold water. FRZW is formed when FRZZ melts.

Element #132 (QRTZ):
  Name: Quartz
Conducts electricity if it is colder than -100 C, or if the pressure around it is greater than 8.
It can only receive SPRK from NSCN, METL, or PSCN.
Photons (PHOT) can pass through QRTZ, but are scattered in random directions.
QRTZ will grow after absorbing SLTW.
QRTZ breaks into PQRT when the pressure changes too rapidly.
Molten QRTZ + Molten CLST -> Molten CRMC
    .tmp = growth rate
      When .tmp = -1, it's dead quartz.
    .tmp2 = quartz's color

Element #133 (PQRT):
  Broken form of QRTZ.

Element #142 (GEL):
  Absorbs water like SPNG.
While absorbing water, it becomes darker and less viscous and its heat conductivity increases.
If in contact with sponge, water passes from gel to sponge.
